Audits We prepare audits in compliance with recognised auditing standards and are registered auditors for the purposes of the Companies Acts.

Accounts We prepare accounts for clients that do not have accounting staff, or as part of the annual audit. These accounts could be for internal use, for statutory audit or for the tax authorities.

Taxation We plan client’s affairs in the most tax-efficient way to minimise tax exposure where practical and possible. Services also include the preparation of returns under the various headings:

Corporation Tax - Form CT1

Income Tax - Form 11/12

Value Added Tax - Form VAT 3

PAYE/PRSI - Forms P.35 and P.30

Company Secretarial Limited companies need to submit Modified Financial Statements to the Companies Office - business in breach of this requirement risk being struck off. O Sullivan Associates can complete these returns on behalf of company secretaries.

Business Planning We can prepare budgets, cashflows and projections for internal use or for presentation to banks and grant agencies.

Staff Secondments Our professional staff are available for secondment to clients to assist in the running of their business in times of particular need.
